The flat was so clean and comfortable. All appliances and utilities were available in the kitchen. They also provide 2 Air conditioners and 2 fans for both rooms. Netflix also provides which my kids likes a lot. Location of the flat was very good . Parking available front of the building. We were very happy to stay there . Highly recommended .

The hotel was tastefully decorated for Christmas and had a lovely festive atmosphere. It was spotless and the staff went over and above to make our stay memorable. I would have no problem recommending this hotel. Perfectly located for our visit to Rochester. We had an amazing choice of Breakfast which was well cooked and piping hot. The swimming pool was great for families.

Our visit to Chatham was for a Volvo Enthusiasts Club Est: 1989 Members Meet at the Chatham Historic Naval Dockyard. This is a fantastic Museum with lots to see including tours over a WW2 Royal Navy Destroyer, an ex Navy Submarine - well worth seeing and a Naval Ship built in 1878. It is also where TV's Meet the Midwife was filmed and special tours around the site are available If you have not ever visited the Dockyard well worth a trip

Taken together, Chatham and Rochester have much to offer...

Taken together, Chatham and Rochester have much to offer anyone interested in history. Chatham itself seems to be trying to modernise and improve with smart new buildings are going up near the waterfront, elsewhere it is quite dilapidated.

we had booked for the call the midwife tour .which i thought was ok but maybe not worth what it had cost to see. The rudeness of the traffic wardens left a lot to be desired!! disappointed after walking into Historic Rochester trying to find somewhere to eat in the evening. car park for Sainsburys store was a nightmare

Exceptional service all through our stay. Although it's an old building it has a modern spotless dining room which served a delicious cooked breakfast every morning. Our room was also spotless although we found the bed a little uncomfortable. We would stay there again and would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Plenty to do in the area, National Trust, English Heritage...

Plenty to do in the area, National Trust, English Heritage and various private places around. unfortunately Bus transport was restricted. The hotel is on a dual carriageway which means you can only go one way out of the site and up to the next roundabout to go in the opposite direction.

Had to get another hotel no lift. Staff unfriendly, carpet dirty three lots of laundry on stairs. Is winter room was not warmed, room smelt, duvet sheet did not fit bed. I requested that me my mum were not good on our feet and needed a room near a lift. Was not told no lift use a frame so could not get up the stairs was scared of falling down the stairs. We told the staff we could not stay their due to not being accessible and he did not say anything we had no choice but to book in another hotel so disappointing

Was pleasantly surprised with the staff, they ended up doing about 5 jobs at once and was very welcoming and accommodating under all that responsibility. Great set of people working here, exactly what the hotel needs. On top of that, the value for money is perfect, cheap prices and great deals. Would recommend staying here if you need a cheap getaway.

I had a good experience of Bridgewood Manor hotel. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful and the check in experience was straightforward. Whilst the room was a little too warm for my personal liking, it was a nice room. Quite big, lovely big king-size (or maybe super-king) bed. Good quality bedding and very comfortable.

Excellent choice of breakfast. Good quality food cooked well and piping hot. Staff were amazing and were on hand to clear tables. The breakfast room was spotless. Holiday Inn chain should be proud of this hotel.
