I honestly cannot speak highly enough of my experience at The Balmoral Hotel. Greeted by such friendly reception staff. Arriving in my room to find a lovely message and treat for my 50th birthday...so kind and thoughtful. The room was very, very clean. New shower room. Lovely toiletries. Very quiet. We ate in the restaurant .... there was the of us and we genuinely each thought it was the BEST food we had ever tasted!! Lovely surroundings. The bar next door looked really nice too... and we also had a peep at the outdoor beer garden.... wasn't open but looks great! Beds really comfy...quality sheets & pillows. BREAKFAST...WAOW!! I'd read the reviews....it really was that good! Danish pastries, fresh fruit, yogurts, cereals, plus a cooked breakfast selection. Just ALL wonderful from start to finish. Thank you team Balmoral 🥳👏
