Love the location.Absolutely beautiful position overlooking the sea.Great to have the Nature reserve and the Berry Head Napoleonic fort so close by to walk up to and enjoy the fantastic views .The staff were so helpful and friendly and we were given an upgrade to a sea view room free of charge. The lounge is comfortable and great for coffee and a homemade biscuit mid morning and nice to eat in at night with lovely food.Breakfast was also very nice. The hotel is well placed for visiting National Trust properties nearby and also Dartmouth , ferries and a great walk to Dartmouth castle..Can't fault the hotel at all.Lovely.

Lovely hosts, very thoughtful, left us a bottle of bubbles to celebrate my cousins birthday, which was the reason for the trip. Very quaint house, the beds were all comfortable, and was in a great location for exploring Brixham. Highly recommend.

Brixham is a lovely location, plenty of things around and about to draw your eye. Lots of places to dine or just have some refreshment. Several beaches and coastal walks within easy reach, not to mention... The Breakwater, which is a great place to stretch your legs, get plenty of fresh air and take in the stunning views, no matter what the weather! Take a short stroll along to the Berry Head hotel, open to all! It's in a great spot with good food and drink, plus it's got an amazing terrace by the water's edge.... Stunning!!

Pretty little town. Lots of cafes and pubs. Tasty fish meals. Lots of activity. Lovely walks along the harbour, out to the lighthouse, and in both directions on the coastal path. Historical interest with the Golden Hind, the statue of William of Orange, and the information about D Day. Interesting trips on offer too.

Very little to do compared to nearby Paignton & Torquay.

Very little to do compared to nearby Paignton & Torquay. It was picturesque but little to do, especially for kids & overpriced. In hindsight I wish we had stayed in Paignton & visited Brixham instead of staying in Brixham & doing it the other way round.

Matthew and Rosie were fantastic hosts, the breakfast was outstanding! So much choice and the full English was amazing. Spotlessly clean, super comfy bed, all amenities you could want and possibly the best located B & B in Brixham for views, access to the harbour, town and beach - with the added bonus of parking. Our only complaint was we only had time to stay for one night so will definitely stay longer next time. Would highly recommend - excellent value for money and really lovely people.

The cottage is absolutely lovely, with great views over the harbour from the second and third floor. Very well equipped kitchen, lots of books to read if you wanted and a great guide to the local eateries and attractions , The cottage was very clean, tidy and warm. It also has its own parking space across the harbour which was great. Communication with the owner was excellent and so helpful. We loved Brixham and had a wonderful time, we will definitely return.

Ranscombe House is a gem of a place. Located on the hill above the stunning Brixham harbour, we were delighted by the view, the balcony and the room size of the Admiral room. There is a large garden space and many sitting areas available for guests. The honesty bat in the dining room is a good idea. Many lovely decorative features in the rooms made thus feel like home. Thoroughly relaxing. The breakfast was sensational and the preordering was helpful.

What a brilliant pub! Fantastic 'vibe' and atmosphere in the bar and restaurant. Food and staff - excellent. Great breakfast. The young lady who served us in the evening and at breakfast was brilliant. Tea and coffee tray with a coffee machine and a little fridge - thank you. Very dog friendly and our dog very much enjoyed his morning sausage. Great stay and we would stay again if we were in Brixham.

The room and bed were very comfortable and we had a lovely coastal view out of the window towards Thatcher's Rock. The staff were superb, friendly, professional, and welcoming. Staying at the Berry Head Hotel didn't feel like staying at a hotel, it felt like staying at a friends stately home.
