Everything was fine. Needed a bed and got one. Nothing more to say.

I’m hoping to get a refund as we didn’t even stay the night, false advertising, bar was shut, no humans to talk too, ghost town at 7.15pm at night!, towels in the room had mold on them 🙈, I’ve stayed in hundreds of places but this is the very worst, room opposite were filming a xxx film, guy walking around the hallway with a hammer , like a scene 🎬 out of a horror movie
Reminded me of out-patients at the hospital, all the guests walking around in flip flops & socks with no brain 🧠 cells, like a zombie movie
I really hope they can improve on the place
PS
the first time in my life I have ever left a review…

Julie and Bulent were gracious and helpful hosts. The whole facility was extremely clean and room and ensuite comfortable. Max very much enjoyed his cooked breakfast. Thank you so much Julie and Bulent. BTW we had an awesome meal at Nick's opposite, delicious 😋
I loved the town city and visited it almost every day.
I loved the town city and visited it almost every day.
It had all my favorite stores next, lidl, aldi, tjmaxx etc.
I love that the university is just by the town center and it gave me that feeling of being back in school

I’d never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I am from Bolton, but live overseas. Love the town hall area, but the shops I used to know are not there anymore. Sad to say many major shops gone.
Queen's Park is a lovely place to feed the birds and the squirrels at the pond area. Bought wild bird food from Poundland.
Barrow Bridge and Moss Bank Park also very pleasant to walk through on a sunny day.
The museum is a pleasant and interesting place with a souvenir shop too. Why they had to move the library out of the same building is a mystery to me. Buses usually on time and available during the week and Saturdays.
Good self service laundrettes available which proved helpful when running out of clothes.

It was quite no noise some of the staff need training again with manners to guest, also the girls/lads who clean rooms should be able to acknowledge guest to see if they need anything instead of turning away from them. Other than that nice stay would be nice to speak to staff while staying their communication goes a long way. When been to other hotel spoke to staff had laughs with them.

I visited three venues Cheetham Arms, The Spead Eagle and The Last Drop. Also brunch at Bakers, Edgerton. All had excellent customer service and food in welcoming decorated atmosphere.
Visited Middle Brook shopping centre. An impressive range of retailers.
Travelled as passenger in relatives car. Traffic fairly busy but no hold ups. Would be confident enough to drive solo.
We were met by a charming lady Alison at reception who checked us in and gave complimentary hyphen kit for us.
She informed us about the bar & dinning area location and how to get to our room.
At check out she asked if we needed receipt & how our stay was.
I have traveled from Taiwan to Glasgow and stayed in many hotels around the world including the Far East
I found Bolton Whites Hotel to be in the top 10
Alison was great and they hotel is very roomy.
Thank you Whites Hotel & Alison
The place is spacious. The beds were very, very comfortable. The place has so many things to offer that hotel would never offer. Wash machine, all the necessary dishes and utensils. The dishes are nice, and you will have every kitchen tool that you need, including the bottle opener. There are TVs in every room. The host was very responsive. The location is good, it offers about a 20 minutes walk to the city center but there are some food and grocery store options on the same block.
I like the room where did I stay .the staff is very friendly. Kitchen is nice and I love the property was non smoking place. The staff care guest very well . In my personal view it is good place for stay a night when u visit Bolton . Near train station .available bus and near town centre
The Bridge Hotel/Inn was outside of the area I normally stay in when visiting Bolton for work. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially with help travelling around Horwich. The room I had was spacious, clean and warm and I would recommend staying for a short trip.
The apartments located in Bolton Town Centre are of a generous size with modern kitchen and bathroom facilities.
The beds are comfy and instrcutions easy to follow with regards to door entry and check out.
The hotel was conveniently located for my work trip with easy access to the M61. The breakfast was nice with some varied options available for most tastes.
