I booked a 2 night stay from Tuesday 26th to Thursday 28th. The hotel looked absolutely stunning as we pulled up the drive and the whole location was just perfect. Inside the hotel was great too, with lots of fascinating pictures and unique décor. Our room was just amazing. Big comfy bed with a huge luxurious duvet and pillows and we both slept soooo well. The shower was like a thundering waterfall which definitely set us up for the day ahead. All of the staff were wonderful and a special thank you to Steve, the manager, looked after us with a couple of requests. Finally the food. We had evening meals and breakfasts, and the food was just so good. I had seen some reviews complaining about prices but personally, we couldn't complain about a single thing. It was all so delicious and the way I look at it, you pay for quality which was at the highest. Absolutely loved our stay and looking forward to returning for another visit.

We received a lovely, warm welcome at reception when we arrived after a tough day. We had a beautiful room, overlooking the garden. Dinner was exceptional (5 stars), our young server was a joy to deal with, knowledgeable, recommended a lovely cider and a great sense of humour. We ate a lovely breakfast outdoors the next morning.

The English people were really really kind. The house is beautiful, spotless, silent. The breakfast was gorgeous. Room was spacious and lighty. Area is just second to none. You can have good stroll from the center to the Fieldways about during 25 minutes by walk. We had a good evening at King's arms pub.they were reqlly kind. Dinner was delicious. Please visit St. JAMES church.

Rooms were clean and quite large. Easy walking to the train station to get into Bath, about 10 minutes to walk. Less than half an hour into Bath. Ample free parking at the hotel. Evening meals very good. We didn't make use of the pool or fitness club.

Great location, beautiful house and grounds. Lovely outdoor heated swimming pool, very friendly staff. Bar and restaurant prices much too high though. Meal on second night was not good, but cost was refunded.

We stayed at Beechfield House which is a fabulous venue for lots of reasons. Good food, very comfortably finished, accepting of dogs and accessible. Felt free and easy to move around the house and grounds whilst staying. It was a nice touch to have a choice of daily newspaper because although the WiFi was fab, sometimes you just want to shut off from the outside world ... Will be returning.

I booked this special double birthday treat for my daughter...

I booked this special double birthday treat for my daughter and son-in-law and their feedback was amazing. They thought the grounds,manor and decor was beautiful and both felt so at ease. In their words the food, wine, staff and atmosphere could not be faulted, Thank you so much for upgrading their room which was stunning it made their day, and a lovely gesture of happy birthday cards on the restaurant table and at breakfast.I would have no reservations in recommending the Manor, it was perfect and a special place.

Nice hotel and well presented with a lot of character,

Nice hotel and well presented with a lot of character, Beds could off been a little better as we felt the springs in the middle or was it 2 mattresses out side to side which was a little uncomfortable. Also needs a little better lighting in the room but very warm . Had to have windows open in winter LOL ..

Breakfasts was wonderful. Good quality ingredients and lovely breakfast room. Good sheltered pool area. Heated. Nice garden although it could perhaps do with a little TLC around the edges. The dry weather hasn't helped I guess. Lovely decoration throughout. Room was called Beech and is double aspect with views across the front and side garden. Would recommend. Towels and bathrobes very good for a hotel. Comfortable bed. Thank you to the staff. Everyone was great.

Breakfast was excellent and our room in the coach house was lovely - so much nicer than a corporate branded chain hotel. Enjoyed sitting in lounge for late night drinks and nothing was toomuch trouble for staff including allowing me to stay a little longer to take a business Teams call.

The room ("Ash") was lovely, with great facilities, toiletries etc. The food - dinner and breakfast - was extremely good, if a little expensive. The hotel itself is a delightfully quirky old house set in in beautiful grounds and was a lovely place to relax on a hot afternoon.
