Brilliant sized room for a family of 6, lovely to be able to make use of the brilliant bathtub too. Great pressure on the water and super clean. Breakfast was excellent with a range on offer for every kid and diet. They even helped us with a taxi that was much cheaper than the airport! would defo recommend and stay again.

I loved the room. It was cozy and super clean. It had everything I needed. The bed was comfy. The carpet was brand new. The food downstairs was great and the restaurant was open late. It was a slam dunk.

After travelling around Europe and mainly staying at Ibis hotels (budget, styles, and standard) this was by far the best one. I had low expectations coming in so I was blown away by everything. The staff were incredibly lovely and the room was very nice. The breakfasts and dinners were all delicious. The dinners are definitely worth a try as you'll be surprised.

We loved the setting, the beautiful building .. its warm winter welcome as soon as you arrive and friendly staff The room itself was nice and cosy, steeped in a sense of history, decorated very tastefully and presented immaculately.. in particular the bathroom was pristine and really just so :))) and the bed was super comfy with lovely linen too - just perfect !

This is an amazing property, and the owners are communicative and fantastic. I am very particular, and this property met all my standards. It is cleverly and beautifully designed, backed by a gorgeous garden and a forest. I would highly recommend staying here. It's absolutely stunning. This isn't somewhere where you can cook a meal; however, you are just 5 minutes from Balcombe, and there are several pubs and eateries in the area. My husband and I highly recommend this property.
