Room was a great size and gorgeous too. Nice additions like biscuits, bath robes etc. the roll top bath was great as was the walk in shower and bathroom size. The car park was secured with security barriers which you can buzz through to someone to let you in and out. Great place to stay and I'd highly recommend

Comfortable, modern rooms with great decor (Brooklyn themed). Loved my room! Plenty of space for luggage, little mirror area to get ready and fridge/coffee station good. Looked like it had great facilities and catered to dietary requirements. I didn’t eat or drink here unfortunately as it was a cashless property and I had exchange cash to spend.

Very disappointing – not luxury at all

Very disappointing – not luxury at all I booked this place for one week as it was advertised as Luxury Accommodation, but the reality was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. As soon as I entered the property, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke and other substances throughout. The carpets were extremely dirty, with rubbish and used cigarette butts on the floor. The windows and doors were filthy and mouldy. When I entered my room, the condition was even worse. The wardrobe and other furniture were broken, the room was dirty, and the carpet was full of cigarette smoke and debris. The bedroom posed a serious health and safety risk, and the hygiene level was absolutely zero. It was impossible to stay there even for a short time. The kitchen was in the same condition—very dirty and oily everywhere. The cooker, oven, and grill were completely unclean and clearly not washed, and the floor was also dirty. There was no working heating and no hot water facility at all. Due to these conditions, we decided to leave within a few minutes and cancel the booking. I tried to contact the owner immediately and called more than 10 times, but there was no answer. I also sent a text message but received no reply. Even after three weeks, the owner has still not responded. I took photos and videos of the entire property as evidence. I contacted Booking.com, but unfortunately their support was also unhelpful. I explained that the property was completely different from what was advertised and provided photos, requesting a full refund. However, they blamed the owner, deducted cancellation fees, and only issued a partial refund. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I am also very disappointed with Booking.com’s handling of the situation, as they took no responsibility for customer safety or false advertising. I will not be using Booking.com again for hotels or flights.
