Excellent customer service! I left my cell phone at breakfast on accident. I was already at the airport and the hotel sent it in a taxi to me at the terminal! They saved the day! The rooms are nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. The morning breakfast buffet is fantastic. The staff is top notch. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the belmore the end of October for 3 nights. What I want to say first that the staff is super friendly and helps you with everything. The Pub is super cozy with a real fire and wonderful facilities. Tradition meets 2023. Super quality food with a great lunch deal. The breakfast is awesome and super yummy. There is free parking outside and enough space even at the weekend. The rooms are super cozy but also modern. The filled up every day our coffee/tee/water section. We had a wonderful time there and we will come back soon. Thank you to the whole team of the Belmore. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff were very cheerful and extremely helpful. The rooms although not huge were spotlessly clean with comfy beds and pillows. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and Sarah-Jane who worked during breakfast service was great, she couldn't do enough for us and is an asset to the hotel.
