Room was very good as I was upgraded to the suite, probably because my main request was for a bath tub instead of a shower. Food and service was excellent but I observed that the staff had to work hard due to theire numbers, I guess that's just the business model these days to keep prices reasonable.

Every little detail has been thought out. It literally has everything you need from shower caps to towels. It really was a home away from home. Tony and Joanne were so lovely and their hospitality was amazing, they’re quick to respond, very welcoming. We’ve decided we love it that much we’re already planning to come back soon. Our little girl was amazed by the garden, running around as it was so spacious and secure. The people we met on Fitties were also really lovely and welcoming too. The Dog House was clean, we didn’t take a dog with us and you would never know that dogs could stay there it was that clean. What a fantastic little escape to the coast.

Pretty village with a very old church.

Pretty village with a very old church. Very pleasant to walk around. Nice countryside. If you have business in Grimsby/Cleethorpes or just want a spot thats less travelled this is an excellent place to stay. Reasonably easy to drive to Market Rasen for the racecourse or Cadwell Park for the motor racing. Also easy to get to Louth an excellent Georgian market town well worth a day out.

the venue was tucked away and quiet ( whilst close to other...

the venue was tucked away and quiet ( whilst close to other villages etc), with various footpaths close by, but quickly accessible to major roads. As it was out of season, alot of attractions were closed, eg Witham windmill was much quieter than it would have been, but we enjoyed a Benby's ice cream.

The location is so tranquil with lovely clean rooms.

The location is so tranquil with lovely clean rooms. The bed was unbelievably comfy and the staff were just lovely, nothing was too much trouble! We had a gorgeous meal in the restaurant which had a great atmosphere and equally lovely staff. Room, location and restaurant where all amazing and we’ll definitely be returning!

Good luxury boutique hotel in the Lincolnshire countryside. Individual themed bedrooms with water and biscuits on arrival. Mattress to soft for our liking. Very good evening meal and served Full English breakfast. Unfortunately do not cater for vegans if that is your food choice.

Room was lovely with a very comfortable bed. High quality bedding and furnishings. Lovely bathroom with good quality toiletries bathrobes etc. Excellent food with lovely choices on the menu Good location for exploring Lincolnshire and the Wolds for walking/cycling etc. Short distances from Louth and Grimsby by car.

this was a great find and exactly what we needed...very...

this was a great find and exactly what we needed...very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The apartment was exactly like advertised- we had the one bedroom unit which is suitable for anyone with mobility issues as its spacious and has a walk in shower. There are plenty of plug points in the bedroom which is always a bonus for chargers and medical equipment. The Lincolnshire Wolds is a beautiful area and right on the doorstep with Cleesethorpe beach a 15 minute drive away which is a fantastic sandy beach. There are plenty of things to do in the area ( we went to Waltham windmill, Claythorpe mill, the Old Tile works and the Humber bridge to name a few)
