Dominique is a convivial host and takes pride in running what is the best B&B I have ever stayed at; beautifully appointed with all workmanship to the highest standard. My son and I arrived at the impeccable clean and tidy property that is La Coulonnière by motorcycle, like two drowned rats in appalling wet weather, yet were welcomed with open arms. An object lesson in how to make your guests comfortable was topped off after showers and changes of clothes with a few complementary glasses of red wine and great conversation. Breakfast was excellent; proudly local produce and fresher than fresh.

Les Charmes du Petit Pre is absolutely exceptional. The location is perfect for travellers arriving at Calais with the intention of then travelling onward into France or beyond. The apartment was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The owners were so helpful and friendly too. The included breakfast was also fabulous. I stayed here with my son and his friend who are keen cyclists: a stop off after the ferry from England before the long drive to the Alps. The area is fantastic for cycling and we will definitely be staying at this accommodation again in the future. This place is a real gem and great value for the price. Beautiful. I totally recommend it.
