We had a great experience at the apartment. Max was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was clean, warm and just right for our weekend stay. The beds were comfortable, and we particularly liked the big duvets. The fact that we didn't have to worry about the key and all doors were code operated was a great bonus. The check-in and check out were very flexible, so we didn't have to worry about luggage storage. Highly recommended for a group of friends. The train station is 7 min walk and offers easy access into Paris. There's a bakery just around the corner, too. Would happily book again.

First of all, this is not a hotel, but an apartment. There are no complaints about the apartment owner at all. There is also a parking spot in the basement, although the number given by the owner turned out to be for disabled persons. The buildings are new and multicultural. Everything you need is nearby.

Overall the hotel is alright but make sure you take a few euros with you to pay property tax. Liked · The room was nice and had a good Air Conditioner since it was a new build room it look very modern and nice The bed was somewhat comfortable but not as comfortable as you think at home but you get what u pay for but for the price i payed for it was fine Disliked · The property did charge me property tax which i was not informed or even known about staff members just say its written in small print that i have to pay property tax as soon as i arrive for check in to my room which i did find absurd the room is a very small room the bathroom is bigger than the room itself which was really odd but then again you get what you pay for All i found was absurd that they demanded property tax which could have just been included on the online price instead of charging me there at the hotel

Overall a very nice apartment / house to stay in a quiet residential area of Paris vitry sur seine. Has all the facilities you would expect. The kitchen had all the utensils so we could make breakfast or heat some grocery food. Plus I enjoyed the balcony in one of the bedroom. That was a great idea. Also you are less than 10 mn from the amenities with shops, restaurants, cafes etc. So this was a bonus.

The apartment is located 10 minutes walking distance from the vitry sur seine rer station. Very convenient. The property is spotless clean, spacious two bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Max the host was very friendly we had communicated by WhatsApp, he was very active and quick response. Thank you, will come back here if we are going to Paris again in the future.

The accomodation is located near the Vitry-sur-Seine trainstation (10min) walk from where you can take the C-line to the city centre of Paris. The accomodation is perfect when you are attending an event at Le Kilowat (25min walk). There are 2 comfortable beds and the couch can be transformed into a 3rd bed.
