Very hospitable hosts, received us at a late hour, although the reception was closed. Rooms cleaned every day and clean linen. Delicious breakfast in the morning, playground. Car parking on site. I highly recommend this place, it feels like home.

The host was extremely helpful, welcomed us warmly, and explained everything in detail. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and furnished with modern and practical items. The balcony offers an amazing view — sitting on the swing and enjoying the scenery was truly unforgettable. The location is ok; around 10 minutes by car to the port, and the residence itself is safe, with a swimming pool and free parking. The apartment is on the second floor with elevator access, which is very convenient. It’s also perfectly situated for exploring Cannes, Nice, and Monaco.

Lovely marina complex, nice free beaches including a dog beach, and proximity to many nice vacation spots and towns such as Antibes, Nice, Cannes, Monaco, and others. All of these towns can be easily accessible by train. The food in the area tends to be much pricier compared to nearby Italy.

The old village is charming and small with a bakery, restaurant and the museum of Escoffier. Villeneuve-Loubet Plage (3 km's form the village and accessible by car) has a large marina with numerous restaurants and a nice boardwalk.

Lovely place to stay, especially if you’re looking for a...

Lovely place to stay, especially if you’re looking for a place to call home whilst you drive around the South of France. Parking directly outside the property & short drives to Nice, Cannes & Monaco. Great place to stay if you’ve got children, there’s access to the residents swimming pool and the club house has a great restaurant. Town and shops close by to stock up as well.

It wasn't our first time in Villineuve-Loubet. We like this cosy place by the sea. The bay of the Plage du Centre Nautique and Villineuve Plage is comfortable to swim in and the water is clean. There are many nice cafes near the Marina and Croisette Jean Marchand.

Location was good, close to supermarket and station.

Location was good, close to supermarket and station. Beach was a short walkaway. In reality this is a poor budget hotel, we’ve stayed at better b&b hotels for less. The rooms are small, smelly and downright smoky even though there’s a non-smoking policy! One big headache is the Wi-Fi, you have to keep logging in every time you leave the hotel on return. On arrival at the hotel it would be appreciated if a person could be physically present-stop cost cutting, it doesn’t work!!!!

The location of the appartment building is quite ok although there are huge appartment buildings very close, which does not make it very scenic. On the whole the town of Villeneuve Loubet is not charming at all and the beach was very disappointing too.
