Well-equipped kitchen, everything clean and pleasant. But the highlight is the garden, which is wonderful. With imposing trees, lots of greenery, a swimming pool with a delicious water temperature, a little river that runs between the house and the garden with lots of fish. The view is spectacular. The Villa was a great place to commence our stay in France. The host speaks English which was a bonus, breakfast on the terrace with homemade delicacies was a treat. Didier gave us excellent recommendations to explore the surrounds, Canal du Midi, restaurants & wineries. The Villa has been thoughtfully restored with old juxtaposed with the new. We found it interesting architecturally. We’d definitely stay again.

Our experience at this accommodation was completely...

Our experience at this accommodation was completely unsatisfactory and disappointing. Upon arrival, we found a mattress without a cover or bedding, despite the reservation indicating otherwise. In addition, the advertised hairdryer was not available. The photos showed sheets and towels, creating a legitimate expectation that they would be included, but in reality, none of these items were provided, leaving the property unsuitable and unsanitary for use. After several contacts with Booking.com support, we received no effective solution and were left completely at the mercy of the owner. This failure constitutes a clear breach of contract and consumer protection regulations. We have attached photos showing the actual condition of the accommodation upon our arrival. We demand a full refund and that Booking.com formally investigates this property for misleading information. We do not recommend this accommodation under any circumstances.
