This stay was the best part of my trip to Southern France. Bernadette, I could feel how much attention you put into details and design. It's a small apartment but very efficiently set up and kitchen is fully equipped. I stocked up on groceries at the Saturday morning market and didn't have to go to restaurants. It saved me time and potentially saved me from more expenses. And not only that, you also picked me up from the train station and took me back there in the end of my stay. Cordes-Sur-Ciel is a very inspiring village and in a place like that it makes it even more special. Navigating through the village is also physically demanding, so travelers, be prepared to walk up and down the hill a lot :)

We loved our stay at Dominique’s! The apartment was lovely, comfortable, and really well appointed. The location was perfect to explore the wonderful town of Cordes-sur-Ciel. Dominique was exceptionally kind and welcoming. She explained all the facilities, gave us great recommendations, and had even provided yogurts, milk, tea, coffee etc. We couldn’t have asked for more! This place is a time capsule. Our host was so gentle and nice it was a real pleasure to sleep one night here. Bedrooms and beds are so comfy. And how to not talk about all the furnitures and decorations. If you want to live in 15th and 16th century but with confort this place is for you. With a great quiet in bonus. The breakfast was also excellent with handmade products. The only regret we've had is just that we should spend more days and nights in this place.

Nicholaas and his wife were superb hosts. They have created a delightful little oasis in an ancient house in an ancient village. We were lucky for Nicholaas to cook one night and the food wine and conversation was memorable. We have recommended La Maison to friends within the south west and abroad.
