I only stayed for one night, but my experience at the hotel was absolutely brilliant. I still can’t believe it only has two stars, as it clearly deserves more. The check in process was more than pleasant. I was greeted by a lovely lady (whose name I’m sorry to say I didn’t catch), and later had the chance to chat with her in my very shaky French. She was wonderfully patient and more than happy to keep the conversation going, a real example of French hospitality at its best. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better, right across the road from the main train station and just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre. My room was gorgeous: spacious, spotless, and full of charming little decorations. There’s also a beautiful garden where you can sit with a coffee and a book and just relax. All in all, top marks from me. If I ever make it back to Redon, and I hope I do, I’ll definitely stay at the Queen Serenity Hotel again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience, you really made my first visit to Brittany extra special.

Had a great one night stay at the Chateau. The pool area is amazing to cool off in and you can explore the gardens and grounds around the property. Unique opportunity to experience a part of local history. The manager was friendly and gave plenty of information on the previous owners and development of the Chateau. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Decent French breakfast with eggs!
