It was an excellent one night stay with incredible women who spoke perfect English. She was so helpful and polite. That cottage exceeded my expectation. Apartment was ever so clean(cleanlinessof 5*hotel), tastefully decorated and furnished. I must say a rare find those days in France

What a hidden gem in the French countryside! La Sellerie is a charming little guest house nestled right next to the host’s home, which gives the stay a warm, personal touch. We truly felt like private guests. The highlight was the beautiful garden area, where you can relax by the romantic pond and take in the peaceful surroundings. Absolutely fantastic, we would go back in a heartbeat. The hosts are the most wonderful couple we encountered in our time in France and gave us a lot of helpful tips. The breakfast (from the boulanger of the village) was superb.

Everything!! Delphine and Hubert were wonderful hosts, they made sure we were settled, familiar with surroundings and even recommended many places for dinner. The accommodation was superb! We had 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and a kitchenette. Beds were very comfortable, toys for the children to play with, everything clean and organised; you can tell they enjoy hosting guests. Breakfast was superb, huge selection, everyone was pleased. My children enjoyed using the swings in the garden. We ate locally in 'Le 913' very reasonably priced for family of 5 and we had a fridge back at the accommodation to store the leftover pizza! Local town of Fougères is worth a visit also. I only wish we had a longer stay here, it is a hidden gem!
