The couple hosting us were very sweet and welcoming and tried to communicate as best as they could even though we had a language barrier. I wish I could understand more, as they seemed to have many stories. Would recommend for a day. It's their hospitality that made the place worth it. I liked the maximalistic vibe of the decor, many trinkets around to admire. Lovely people!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The chateau is beautiful, very nicely renovated and in a great location. The hosts are incredibly friendly and hospitable, and the food (breakfast) is fantastic.

Fantastic hotel right on the beach, check is was easy and check out easier (we had an early ferry to catch) the restaurant though was amazing! some of the nicest food we had in our week in France, for the price this place is a steal, would definitely recommend to anyone!

The room is incredibly clean. Everything is of excellent quality. The breakfast is lovely. Sylvie cooks and bakes every day to give you something new to try, always with a connection to local produce, or Normandy style. It was like staying with friends rather than a hotel. Very friendly and so helpful. Both Sylvie and Jean-Michel were keen to offer ideas on places to visit or restaurants to go to. We highly recommend.

The room was lovely (Normandy Suite). However I think there needs to be more clarity when booking a room with Ocean View to explain that this may be a room on the side of the hotel overlooking the carpark. It should be clear when booking that only the Suites have a balcony and sea view overlooking the beach.
