Host communicated very well and was very kind. The house had a lot of interior design features at made it feel very homey and quirky. Lounge room was very cosy with the fire and projector. Hot tub was great. We would definitely stay again, and stay longer next time. The countryside around was also really pretty for an evening walk.

Perfect for an overnight stop. Comfortable family room and lovely breakfast. They were very accommodating as we arrived late in terrible weather and then the children overslept for breakfast!

Au coeur de Fontaine, a B&B that we will not forget. This is largely due to the extremely nice friendly residents, Cecile and Franc. The accommodation itself is located on a central square where you do not immediately recognize from the outside what it all houses. On the outside next to the fence is a sign with a red heart on which yoga classes are also offered. You already get a little bit of a feeling of what you are dealing with. Once inside you go via a metal staircase on the outside to the 1st floor and further inside via a wooden staircase to the 2nd floor. Everything exudes a very nice atmosphere. The space has a spacious bedroom and a separate sitting area and is very charmingly decorated. The whole house is equipped with various accessories and knick-knacks, we would say. But somehow it just fits. Very nice. We were there at the beginning of July, there is no air conditioning but nevertheless the rooms were cool. The beds sleep excellently. Wifi is a problem, also acknowledged by the managers, but if you are in the right place in the sitting room, there is no problem with reception. The breakfast is more than sufficient, fresh, delicious orange juice and is especially tasty because of the homemade delicious jams from Frank, in which Cecile also has her share. In short, you lack nothing. Cecile, as a driving force, and Franc are very nice people who do their utmost to make the guests feel comfortable. Very accessible and interested. You can regularly hear Cecile singing and whistling through the house. In short, being with them feels like coming home and familiar. Au coeur de Fontaine is like a warm bath where we will come back with great pleasure and especially thanks to Cecile but also Franck, thank you!!

What did I like? Everything! There's nothing to dislike about this place :) an absolute gem. So glad we discovered this place accidentally. The owners were lovely, helpful, attentive and pay so much attention to every detail, reflected in so many ways from the interior design, the little chocolate on the bedside table, bottle of local wine in the room, the garden view, the information about the property and village, the breakfast... The village itself is very small but absolutely beautiful There is a small lake and the village is ripe with history. It's a perfect stop on our drive to the south of France. Not far from the motorway but yet you feel miles away. It was calm. Quiet and relaxing. What better way to a) start your holiday and b) to relax after driving for 7-8 hours that day. Will absolutely stay again. Charming in every way. Congratulations to the lovely owners.
