Arrived late in the night and followed the instructions provided by the hosts, clean rooms with a very wide array of household items for use like plates/cups/etc., only condition for using them is that you clean them afterwards. Had a good sleep and departed in the morning. Didn't get to meet the owners, but they seemed very kind and polite. Would recommend to anyone in need of a peaceful retreat on a budget.

I spent one night in this delightful small hotel. It was a convenient stopover but I would certainly return. There used to be hundreds of simple, family run hotels like this across France but few remain, replaced by soulless chains. The Hotel du Mouton Blanc has only 5 rooms, but they are individual, with character. There are tea/coffee making facilities and even a communal microwave. The patronne was helpful and my breakfast, like the hotel, was good value.

Stéphanie was a wonderful host who went over and above to make our stay as pleasant and easy as possible. We had cycled through a rainy day and she washed and dried our damp clothes. She suggested and made dinner reservations at the local restaurant which was perfect. The room and shower were impeccable and breakfast was delicious.

The house is very cute and cozy, and it’s great to have the entire private house to yourself. There is a comfortable double bed for two people, as well as a sofa bed that can also sleep two. The facilities are very complete and of high quality, and everything is clean and beautifully maintained — there’s really nothing to complain about. The host is extremely friendly and welcoming, and always quick to help whenever needed. Highly recommended!
