Everything . The greeting on arrival was perfect, 11/10 The room was amazing. Dinner was superb. Breakfast was divine . We will return as this hotel and restaurant are so good I plus within a very short walk of the old town of Carcassone. We feel so lucky to have stayed and dined at this gorgeous establishment. We will definitely return just fur longer next time.

A pleasant hotel with friendly staff. It is appealing because everything here is authentic, offering a comfortable, unpretentious lifestyle. It feels like staying with a beloved aunt. The food is delicious, and the water in the well-maintained pool is clean and cool, making you feel alive and genuine. I asked for the room upgrade due to my boyfriend's birthday and we got it. Thanks so much :) We stayed in a room with a terrace and a castle view, so we did enjoy our day in Carcassone. The town is quite small and the hotel was close to everything (a 15 minutes walking distance to the train station). The room was also ready a bit earlier.
