As a cyclist on the EuroVelo 3 Coliwork Le Saint Romain is a perfect riding distance from Tours. and Chauvigny. I was really surprised at how little I paid to receive so much. The room was very clean, the shower easy and hot, the bed long enough and again very clean, the breakfast meaningful, with a proper coffee. The staff were very friendly and stored my bike in a vast barn, securely and with humour and good English. All for a very reasonable price. A five star stay.🙏🙏

Jan and Annika know hospitality. At a time when many hotels lean on impersonal self-service check-ins for the sake of efficiency, their warm welcome stands out. That personal touch continues at breakfast, where the quality and presentation reflect real care. The whole house and rooms are tastefully decorated and obviously maintained with pride, the whole style made us feel instantly at home. The garden is larger than expected, an ideal spot for playing outdoor games with the kids.

Amazing accommodation….! In the middle of town with parking in front, you have your own little house with a garden at the back. characteristic on the outside but modern on the inside. 2 very spacious bedrooms and a seperate toilet on the first floor and a huge living room and kitchen downstairs with everything you need. We were welcomed with a big bottle of lovely local Apple juice… fresh bread right across the street in the morning! In the guest book we read that most people stay one night while travelling south but I can imagine staying here more days just to relaxed.

Lovely hosts who could not have been more pleasant or helpful. The property was charming with a very comfortable, clean & spacious family room. The swimming pool was an added bonus. The breakfast room was also very impressive as was the quality of the breakfast.
