A lovely, well presented and extremely clean modern three bedroom bungalow. Everyingthing was lovely, nice toilet and great bathroom with rain and hand held shower, modern cooking facilities, clean crockery and cultlery and plenty of bedding and heating if required. In all a lovely landlady, who couldn't speak English or us French but we got things accross no problems. All in all a lovely place to stay. Quiet little village with no facilities but Doullens is only a few minutes away. Thank you. Ian and Bazz

Location amazing. The grounds and building steeped in history. The host on hand and clearly enjoyed explaining the history and evolution of the chateau. Breakfast was delightfully locally produced food.

The building is gorgeous, the flat is spacious, modern and the beds are really comfortable. The shower is working perfectly. The host is very friendly. We had a lovely too short stay. We highly recommend this place. Many thanks.

Everything was great, we loved the whole farm, the owners were adorable, and the animals especially the lambs and goats. The house is completely furnished and very comfortable. We will definitely come back.

We are a family of 5 with 3 children aged between 5 and 16 who stayed at this property to break up our journey to the UK and on our return a couple of weeks later. . We were all very impressed with the property. It was well equipped and clean with comfortable beds. There are some fantastic family photos on display that have all been taken at the property. This was a great conversation starter, with us all wondering about the family and the history of the property. We would not hesitate to book to stay here again if we were ever in the area. Staying at Château de Contay Guesthouse was an amazing experience that we will never forget. It was only after arriving that we understood that we were the only guests, having the castle all by ourselves (together with the peacock and some hens in the garden). The historical environment and beautiful original interior and furniture made it feel like staying in a museum oozing with ambience and ready to be explored. In the morning we were served a wonderful breakfast. This is something more than a guesthouse. It is a magical castle experience.
