This was one of the nicest little hotels I've stayed in - bed was comfortable, staff were wonderful (its a family owned place) and the location was perfect, steps from the bus and train that takes you all over the Cote d'Azur. Air conditioning as it was very warm. A market on Saturday just outside. The loveliest beaches too. There are a variety of cafes for a morning coffee and a bakery with lovely croissants and sandwiches steps away, also a supermarket. I can't rave about this hotel enough - I'll definitely be back soon! Merci Joëlle et l'équipe!

This hotel is ideally situated in the old town of Menton, everything can be done on foot! We were welcomed by a very friendly and efficient receptionist. I had reserved a space in the garage for my pickup truck, I was worried it would be too large, but she gave me a spot that was large enough and everything worked out just fine. It's a real plus being able to park your (large) car in a secure spot. The room was a good size, with a large bathroom and balcony. We went to the beach during the day and could hang our towels to dry on the balcony. Everything was spotless. Very good bed. Buffet breakfast with a large choice of things to eat.

Wonderful and peaceful hotel. Very helpful and generous staff. The hotel is close to Fossan beach, about 5-6 min walk, and about 6-7 min from there to Plage des Sablettes, both very nice in my opninion. In my room I had a balcony facing the courtyard, and I discovered with pleasure on my first morning that I had the morning sun there - great for enjoying the first coffee of your day. Nice room with the possibility of making a cup of tea or coffee, and bottled water was offered at the reception to take to your room.

Peillon is a medieval village perched on top of a hill, literally at the end of a steep winding road. The village is delightful with great views down the valley so it doesn’t take long to explore it. There are some good walks but the paths are rough and steep so not easy walking, particularly in hot weather. The highlight for us was lunch at Le Plaisirs - a fabulous little restaurant in the village where the food was outstanding and great value. A short stay would be sufficient.

Remarkable village in beautiful scenery, it's a great surprise it's not swarmed with tourists like similar, yet closer to the coast Eze. It's very small and doesn't even have a shop, just one place to stay and two restaurants, but it's atmospheric and not easy to get to (both by car or on feet). If you seek calm beauty, this is a place for you.

Lovely traditional French village that gives you the feeling to be lost in middle of nowhere, out of the world. The village is very small, one afternoon/night there is enough, one day more if you want to hike around. Just the road to drive there is impressive and worth it !

This is a beautiful hotel, nestled up high in Peillon Village. Typically French, with welcoming and friendly staff. The food is amazing, and the waiters take great pleasure in describing the menu, with knowledge and pride. This is a true gem of a place, in an amazing setting. Would recommend to anyone that is seeking not just a beautiful place, but a wonderful experience.

Hearty welcome and very friendly owners and staff all along. They really make you feel at home. Excellent cooking, both on and off the formal menu. Nice wine choices, David will recommend if you have doubts. Great views from the room balcony and from the restaurant terrace. Peillon village at 2 min walk is exceptional. Ample parking space on site.

Superb location of the apartment in Peillon which is a cute hill top Village in Alpes Maritime. Thomas the owner of the apartment happens to be the Chef at the local Auberge de La Madone restaurant. It was a real treat to have amazing food and wine so close by. Also the large sun drenched terrace was relaxing to hang out on.

Very nice hotel next to the breathtaking perched village of Peillon. The room was great, but the bed a bit short if you are tall. The staff was friendly and helpful. Delicious food.
