An absolute gem of a place, tucked away in the back of beyond, yet only 15 minutes drive from cultural Corte and 40 minutes from Bastia airport. Really friendly hosts, who prepare your breakfast in a basket and leave for you to eat on your terrace or in your very well-equipped and stylish gites, Along the edge of an invigorating river, there’s a jacuzzi to revive in and deckchairs and loungers placed strategically across the site to capture every ray of sun. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back. The owners speak English, but it helps if you have some French! Merci et vi ringrazziu!

The location of the appartment in Omessa is so beautiful! You have a view to the stone houses in the town and to the mountains. It's also a good home base for a lot of beautiful hiking tours in the area. Omessa is a very quiet and calm place to stay, but there is no supermarket or any possibility to buy food in the town. The appartments are really beautiful and nicely renovated. The highlight was the terrace with it's beautiful pool, with a view to the mountains, where you can watch the sunset with a glass of wine in your hands. We enjoyed every minute at this place and didn't wanna leave after 4 days. Definitely a place to recommend!

The owner and other staf are exceptionally nice! They don't hesitate to help and everything is arranged well. We loved the breakfast bufet, it had good and healthy options, and it was just really good. The views are also amazing and the pool is gorgeous. Hiking near the accomodation is also gorgeous!!! Beautiful mountains, fun to swim in the river. We just really loved staying here.

A lovely old building with historical interest in the heart of Corte. The room was large with a very nice shower room. The breakfast offered delicious options. We found the lady on reception exceptionally friendly and helpful. As there was a race being held she said she could book a meal to ensure that we got a table which was much appreciated. She also showed us places to visit on a map which very useful.

The breakfast at the garden was delicious-local cheese and charcuteries, canele-pastrys, fresh nuts an fruit. The nature in the area is really beautiful, and It was so lovely to swim in the river. We arrived by train, and as there seems to be a difficult situation with the taxis in corte, the personnel of the hotel was so helpful and really saved our day, we are so thankful!
