Fantastic and exceptional service shown by the staff. The rooms are large and each has aircon. The staff also turned it on ahead of us for our arrival which was much appreciated as we were travelling during a heatwave. We were on a cycle tour and travelling on bicycles and the hotel accommodated these well. The restaurant has two menu options - French and Vietnamese. They were both fantastic and I recommend eating at the restaurant when staying there. The breakfast has all options available and for those who are cycling I can also say it is fantastic! Lastly one of our booking party couldn't make it and even though we had pre-paid the rooms, and I never requested a refund, the owner of the hotel insisted on organising the refund and the service he provided was exceptional.

Phil and Adam were very welcoming, tea and cake as soon as we arrived! Evening meal was very nice with a lovely ambiance. Room and ensuite lovely with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was super with varied choices. Fabulous stay.

A lovely place to stay, a warm welcome. I totally recommend eating here, for two nights we had a lovely three course meals with wine and the company of walkers on the Cather Trail with whom it was interesting to share stories. We were advised on a superb walk, which will be a day we remember for a long time. Beautiful surroundings. A simple humble. Chambre d’hote, with everything you needed for a restful place to stay. The walk from Puivert along the ridge to the labyrinth was stunning.

The house was located in the centre of town but also quiet. It was very well appointed with lots of little extras, milk, water to welcome us. The bedrooms were a good size with good quality bedding and the bathroom was very clean and spacious with an excellent shower and lots of hot water
