This place is absolutely beautiful – even nicer than the photos suggest. The rooms are full of charm, very clean, and the view from the window was stunning. Breakfast was simple but really tasty, with croissants, fresh baguette, jam, butter and yogurt – very French. What really made our stay special was the host. He was so welcoming and caring that we immediately felt at home. We also booked dinner, which he prepared himself, and it was one of the highlights of our trip: delicious local food, cheeses, good wine, and a lovely evening shared with the other guests. He even suggested a great place to visit nearby that we would never have found on our own. Even though our French is poor and he doesn’t speak English, we had no trouble communicating. It’s a place with real heart and atmosphere – we’d love to come back.

Absolutely lovely. A peaceful and cosy house, easy to find and plenty of parking. Windy met me at the door and the room was perfect and very comfortable. Plenty of room for the suitcase and great to have a tea and coffee maker in the room along with a couple of complimentary madeleines. The house was quiet, bed very comfortable, and Windy produced the most amazing breakfast the next day. I’ll definitely be staying again.

We stayed in the safari room and had a comfortable and a very quiet night. It has everything we needed. Breakfast was very good with freshly baked bread. The owners are very nice and we chatted while enjoying our breakfast. Yvetot is well located and has some nice restaurants as well.
