All was great. A hidden gem, really well restored old farm, with a lot of space around the buildings, where you can stay in the shade and enjoy reading or having a drink. Our appart was large enough for the 4 of us, with a kitchen and place to eat, but when being at the Willem and Geertje's place you should not think about bringing your own food or going to a restaurant, coz they can prepare for you an excellent food at a fair price. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast and we have been really satisfied. For sure better food than anywhere around. We also loved to discuss with Willem and Geertje about their travels, bikes and the life in different parts of the world, about the mountains, skiing and climbing. It was a real pleasure to meet them. We definitely recommend their place and will stay again when we go to the south of France.

Stunning house in a quiet and peaceful location. Our hosts Peter and Edith were welcoming and friendly, Edith cooked a wonderful dinner for the one night of our stay which we ate in the garden with them and 2 other guests. We were treated to a tour of the house including the amazing wine cellars and loft space, the whole house was beautifully and sympatheticly decorated and our room had everything we needed. We would highly recommend Zone Bleue as a place to stay and we couldn't fault the hospitality of both Peter and Edith as well as their charming little dog and chickens.

Our host is reconstructing this gem of chateux with love and care and also arranged everything we needed (even a dinner on Sunday in a nearby restaurant). The interiors are done very nicely, rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean and suited for people with mobility issues. Nights are tranquil. Beware- Sundays and Mondays the majority of restaurants is closed in France. Also every day between 14.00- 19.00 it is hard to get meals in France.

The house was lovely and in the countryside. Our two dogs loved running around the fields. It has everything we needed, and the hosts were easily contactable by text and lived next door. The kitchen and bathroom were a good size. The only problem for me was having to go downstairs in the middle of the night to use the toilet as that was downstairs and the bathroom was upstairs.

This place is great if you’re traveling with small children as they have plenty of stuff to play with in the room and the animals in the garden are great fun too! Very friendly hosts, our 3-year old son could stay for free. Make sure to book breakfast which is very delicious and very nice to enjoy outside in the nature with all the animals around (chickens, pigs, horses). Our son enjoyed all the toys provided in the apartment as well as the trampoline outside. You can buy fresh eggs from their chickens for cash and they have a little convenience store which is very handy.
