It was perfect for anyone who likes peace and quiet and is fascinated watching the wildlife. It's rural which we prefer and a Super U was only a few minutes away by car. It was well furnished and just about everything you need in a kitchen was there. The fridge/freezer was an absolute god send when the temperatures were in the mid to high 30s every day!!! We asked if their was a fan and Thierry was most obliging and got one for us, and saved us from melting during the night. We would happily return to this property.

This really is an enchanting place. The pictures do not do it justice, although it's hard to capture in photos the wonderful feeling this lovely spot can give you. Everything is clean, the pool is super and the animals, wildlife and the setting .......... it is very special indeed!

Our hosts were friendly and helpful. The accommodation was easy to find, clean, comfortable and quiet. There are 3 bedrooms, one is ensuite and the other 2 share a bathroom. We were sharing with another room of 2 people and never had to wait, it was very easy. The rooms have aircon, the kitchen and lounge areas are spacious, you have plenty of facilities for food and laundry, and places to sit and relax inside and outside. We went for Le Mans Classic and I would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly hosts made us feel at home from the start. Lovely food. The garden is a lovely place to relax and the surrounding countryside is perfect for pre and post dinner walks. Don’t step on the hedgehogs if going at dusk!

Montreuil-le-Henri is a very quiet village with no facilities although you could order bread from the post office. You definitely need a car if visiting here, there is alot in the local area to do. We enjoyed our stay and our hosts were exceptional.
