What a wonderful place! Monique is a warm and friendly host who made us feel right at home. Although she was not able to provide an evening meal, we were allowed to prepare our own with free drinks supplied. The beds were comfortable, and the place was tranquil and quiet. We had an evening stroll in the village which was super sweet. The breakfast provided was plenty and we were very well looked after. We ate on the terras in the garden which was beautiful. A great stop to rest and recover during the family road trip from Spain back to the Netherlands. Great value for money. Do remember to bring cash for payment! We stayed at this lovely little hotel for just one night, but it left a great impression. The family room was enormous — one queen-size bed, a single bed, and even a comfortable seating sofa. The bathroom was also spacious and thoughtfully designed. Everything was impeccably clean from top to bottom. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Honestly, I’d always choose a family-run place like this over a big, impersonal hotel chain. Places like this deserve all the support — we’re always cheering for businesses that do it right!
