What an absolute delight, first impression was this looks odd, but when the door opened up to a fab room and shower/ toilet it was excellent, we arrived after a long day's motorcycle ride hot ride from the Pyrenees to be met with a warm smile and two cold beers, the bikes were secure as that's always a worry for us bikers and what a wonderful couple ❤️

We booked one night here on our cycling trip in France. We loved it! The place is beautiful and every detail is thought through. The host was so friendly and welcoming! She came to us with refreshing drinks at pool and the breakfast was fantastic! Would recommend anyone passing through or visiting S Symphorien.

This is my second stay at Auberge des Pins as I seem to pass through Sabres during my cycling adventures in the area (this time Pau to Bordeaux mini break). It never disappoints: Bike friendly place, friendly staff, spacious clean rooms with view to green quiet garden/park. And the restaurant is, without a doubt, the best in town!

We really appreciated everything, from the spontaneous warm welcome and disponibility of our hosts, the comfort of our bedrooms, the spotless bathroom and the shared kitchen and sitting room. The welcome pack in each room was an unexpected plus, as was the well equipped kitchen with its coffee machine. We extended our stay to 3 nights and would have been delighted to have stayed even longer. There was a lovely relaxed ambiance with shared conversations with the other guests around the huge communal dining table on the terrace. This is a place to be highly recommended, very quiet but not far from the motorway and within 20 minutes of the vineyards of the Graves and Sauternes areas.
