Didn't expect that we would literally live in someone's house, while the owner were still living in it. But it turned out better than expected. The owners are super friendly, social, but they give you enough privacy. Help you wherever they can (itinerary, advice on the area ect). They prepare a really good breakfast with whatever you like, just mention it. We asked for eggs and they were prepared for us. They have a heated pool in mint condition. It's very quiet, with lots of nature around. You get all the privacy you need and they are always open for a good talk. Bonus: if you like Karaoke, just ask Robert to sing along and you'll have a funny evening.

real Troglo experience. Our kids loved to stay overnights in a cave apartment. very friendly and helpful staff, who are the actual owners of the site at the same time. wonderful breakfast - again in the cave!

The room was gorgeous with French doors that opened up to the view. The birdsong was amazing! The hotel is round the corner from the castle, which is well worth a visit. The breakfast was superb with fresh and homemade produce and delicious coffee. We had a long chat with the owners whilst there and they are lovely, lovely people.

I loved this accommodation. Everything was perfect, clean, spacious, play area outside, friendly hosts, and such a beautiful building. 5 star standards. We stayed 2 nights as a stop off while travelling, but we could have stayed so much longer as it's a gem. Also, they have a fabulous amenity across the road- a local winery where we tasted and bought wine.... then enjoyed it on the balcony :))

The who le experience was PERFECTION! Guillaume and his wife were wonderful - so attentive and helpful. The house was beautiful and decor chic. We had the full breakfast which was delicious and great value. Such a fabulous experience! Definitely returning as soon as possible!

Thank you for hosting us, we had a wonderful time. Your hospitality was second to none, with a warm welcome every morning. The three of us enjoyed ourselves, and your local knowledge was much appreciated. You have a beautiful home, inside and out. Your kindness is a balm to all who encounter it. Our first day was extremely hot, and you ensured that we had adequate water and cooling fans; nothing was too much trouble for you to ensure that we were comfortable. Your house is modern and clean, with every appliance at our disposal. We have stopped in many places, and this is one of the best. It is located centrally, with ample bike and walking routes, and close to the river Loire. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, as you catered for our daily needs as required. We enjoyed our translation conversations and wish you both every success for the future.

There is actually nothing to do in Luigné.

There is actually nothing to do in Luigné. But if you like nature and bike rides there are some nice roads in little woods and country side. If you try to relax at the pool all day long, this is your place. There are a lot of nice wineries within few minutes (mind making an appointment). You'll have to look for some restaurants, but within half an hour you are already in Angers or Saumur to make enough discoveries.
