We had a great time here on our way to Calais. 40-year-old loved the slide in the garden and there was plenty of space and open air. Everything was clean, tidy and well maintained. Communication was great too. We would recommend this day for families with small children. Thanks!

The location was very convenient for us, close to the Ferry Terminal. The rooms were large, clean and well equipped. The garden/park provided a nice and quiet place where one can spend some quality time. The diner was excellent, very tasty , a real " French Fine Dining". The breakfast was very French, too, with freshly baked pastries, coldcuts ,hot food and very good coffee. The staff was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, we could stay only one night in such a beautiful location !

Easy to find, convenient location to get on the ferry the next morning without being in the city of Calais. We were absolutely delighted with the size of our room and bathroom and about how beautifully styled it was. The bed was superycomfortable and there was a well-equipped kitchen. The breakfast items were already in the fridge, a bag with fresh croissants and baguette was delivered to the room in the morning. Bruno, the landlord, was very helpful with everything we needed to know.

The Gîte at the Auberge was a lovely place to rest at the end of a long drive and the peaceful calm of the place was much appreciated. The apartment has everything one needs and the bed is large and very comfortable. Outside, there's a pleasant spot to sit and relax watching the farm's sweet little ponies, but, for us, the great bonus was being able to bring our dog into the welcoming restaurant where we enjoyed a fine home-cooked meal and an excellent bottle of wine. The surrounding area provides options for walking a dog or just stretching one's legs and LeShuttle at Calais is an easy 30 minute drive away. A great place to stop and break your journey!
