After a long day travelling, it was great to find the hotel just at the doorstep of the train station. Although we arrived at 10pm, our room was secured and we were welcome by someone at reception. EVERYTHING! Perfect beyond expectations. The Breakfast was an experience that I will never forget. There was a plethora of local specialties and all from farms and small producers! Such great care in the abundance variety and especially quality! From the teas selection to the jams and cheeses and so on! Plus the friendly staff would constantly replenish the supply. For example the orange juice was freshly squeezed and she would renew it all the time! Also the room was warm and the aircond was free ti be regulated which is a privilege these days in hotels! The bed was very comfortable, I slept like a log! Great place even if not in Le Puy technically it is only 5 minutes by car to the city center, plus there is a pub close by and a burger King 😀

Great location in the centre of a historic and beautiful city. Underground parking for 8 euros is an added bonus. Restaurants and bars are plentiful and close to the hotel. Lady on reception was very friendly and helpful.
