Excellent communication from the host, he even left us treats, a basket full of goodies & drinks in the fridge. We informed the host we were arriving late so the sofa bed was ready and made for us, which was a lovely touch. Lovely clean apartment with all the necessary facilities. Highly recommend staying here, perfect if you are going to Disney. 5 minute walk to the train station which was convenient for travelling into the city.

We arrived later than planned due to adventuring around Paris. The owners welcomed us and we're extremely friendly. They supplied us with directions to a supermarket and generally made us very comfortable. The property is well hidden away in a quite safe suburb area of Paris with fantastic train links to Paris and disneyland. Its a very comfortable hideaway and I particularly loved the front veranda at night.

The property was the perfect location for Disney parish. It was less than 15 minutes to drive. You can get uber for around 13 euros, or the 2223 bus for 2 euros., which takes about 30 mins. Great base for Paris, 25 minutes on train into Paris l est. it costs 2.50 euros and it includes the metro. the town is a very short 5 min walk in and very pretty. The property had everything needed. The view was lovely. The host was very welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

Location is good. Apartment is well equipped and has enough space. There was coffee machine and capsules were provided. Kitchen is well equipped and terrace was big though we did not use it. Parking inside the compound was also nice.

Do not book this property!! The property was unsafe.

Do not book this property!! The property was unsafe. There were no smoke alarms present, and it was located on the second floor. On the night of our arrival, there was a party taking place in the unit below. Inside the property, we found exposed wires, and the fittings on the walls were not properly attached. There was cockroach spray in the cupboard, mould on the bathroom wall, and visible storm damage. We left the property after only 10 hours because we felt unsafe, staying briefly only to allow our driver to rest. We contacted Booking.com upon arrival as well as the property owner. The owner accused me of lying and trying to get a free stay, stating that he was out of the country and could not resolve the issues. Booking.com advised us to leave if we felt unsafe and assured us they would contact the owner to resolve the matter and provide compensation if he refused. The owner refused and did not offer to rectify any of the problems. Booking.com offered us £47 compensation for a £460 booking, despite us providing proof that we had booked another property through them in good faith, expecting they would resolve the issue. They refused any further compensation. We then contacted PayPal for assistance, but they were unable to help. In future, I will not book through Booking.com and will always use a credit card for protection. The property did not meet the safety regulations required in France, such as having essential smoke alarms and a covered fuse box.

Small chrismatic town with superb River View and River Walk...

Small chrismatic town with superb River View and River Walk as well. Disneyland is only 20 min away. Easy access to trains for Paris. All amenities are at walking distance. What else we could wish for. Our family had been really happy for the limited time we spent there.

Lagny is the most wonderful, I think, typical French village...

Lagny is the most wonderful, I think, typical French village. It has absolutely everything and you get to experience how the French live. I loved it. Would highly recommend to anyone going to DisneyLand Paris. A taxi ride is €15 for 4 people and took 10 minutes.

Great apartment with lots of space so you don't feel hemmed in like in a hotel room. Well equipped with a microwave, coffee machine etc. Having your own washing machine was really handy too. Loved the bedroom being up in the loft. Perfect location as Lagny is a lovely, busy town with a variety of local shops just minutes away. Transport connections were also good- less than 20 minutes walk to the train station and bus stops. Will definitely return.

The place is very clean, nice and cosy. We felt like home. It is located ar 3 minutes walk from the Abbey, and about same dustance from the Marne river. The train station (Lagny Torigny) is at about 8-10 minutes slow walk, and the bus station for Disneyland is about 3 minutes walk. And the town is just amazingly beautiful. First choice when we come back to Disneyland.
