I discovered this place from its glowing reviews on this site, and I am delighted to add my own rave review here. Le Couvent was a marvelous find. From its historic origins to its stunning views, it exceeded our expectations in every way. We enjoyed our walks around the town and the view from the hill above Le Couvent; we had a tasty dinner at the village's one restaurant; and then, after a blissful night's sleep in an elegantly decorated room, we feasted on a healthy and delicious breakfast. We will remember this special place and its warm and welcoming hosts for many years to come.

We loved the apartment. very well equiped and clean, and has a pleasant atmosphere. We stayed only one night, in June, but would have loved to stay a day or three. Environment was great for walks, and some sightseeing (ruins very close) and a Menhir in walking distance.

A brilliant host who was so helpful and kind. Great ambiance in the beautiful old house which was stunningly fitted out with antiques and collectibles - wonderful tapestries! Breakfast was tailored to suit us! Really interesting location.
