The apartment and location was superb. Only one thing would have improved our stay due to fabulous weather , a fan as it was exceptionally warm to try and sleep. The fantastic host took this in board when she asked if there was anything additional that would help.

We love La Roche Bernard, it is a fabulous place to explore with a beautiful port and lovely bars and cafes. Sarah B’s deserves a special mention. We could happily spend more time on the Vilaine and will, no doubt, be back.

We turned up on a Sunday night. It is not normal to start a stay on Sunday, however our host was very gracious and facilitated us with great willigness. This is a jewel of a traditional hotel, and we had a beautiful room waking uo to peels of church bells in the morning, and our window looked out on this ancient church. Beautiful, "classy" and most comfortable with big beds.We slept very well before a day with some big decisions to make. Excellent.

A delightful apartment in a truly superb location. La Roche-Bernard is a charming town and the apartment is located right at the town's beating heart - by the quayside on a creek of the River Vilaine, close to several of the town's excellent restaurants and bars and close to supermarkets and boulangeries. Parking is close by and convenient

Large comfortable room overlooking the front of the Hotel. Some stairs to negotiate so could be difficult for those who have mobility issues. There was a lift so other rooms are available. Very positive and helpful welcome from the staff at reception. Excellent breakfast in a bright garden room.
