Private secure parking, easy access, straight forward check in. Place is super clean, new, well organised, nice garden, you only hear the birds singing. Good shower, good bed. Love everything of the staying. Good WiFi. Close to some pubs and restaurants, 15min by cat. Perfect price too.

Even before our arrival, the team at Petit Hôtel Confidentiel impressed us with their attention to detail. They carefully considered our wishes for the stay, and on the very day of our arrival, the receptionist personally contacted us to confirm our arrival time — a thoughtful gesture that immediately set the tone for what was to come. From that moment on, our large family was treated with an extraordinary level of attention that truly set our stay apart. Despite traveling as a big group, we never felt like “just another reservation” — the staff anticipated our needs and took care of every single detail as if they knew us personally. Their personalized service felt like something out of a dream: seamless room service that turned our evenings into cozy, candlelit moments, perfectly presented with glassware and cloches; attentive concierge support that helped craft delightful outings and surprises for our kids; and thoughtful room setup that made every one of us feel seen and valued. It was this heartfelt, family-centered approach that turned our trip into something memorable. We loved everything about this place. It was a true oasis and respite. Stunning building, truly wonderful team, gorgeous vibe, delicious and generous breakfast spread and all done with charm and attention to detail. Utterly delightful!

Great location 15 minutes walk from town straight into the countryside, woken up by birdsong rather than cars. Les charmettes, home of Rousseau next door. The new owners are very enthusiastic, helpful and charming and speak great English and have a great team working with them. Huge bonus is safe parking which none of the hotels in town could offer. Great stop off for travelling up to the mountains. Not forgetting the great restaurant !

Very comfortable hotel, very welcoming staff who helped me choose a nice room, the room was spacious with armchair and table, small bathroom but well equipped , varied breakfast with lots of homemade dishes , well situated opposite the station but quiet , not far from the town centre. We really enjoyed our stay and whenever i am in Chambery i always stay there. Never disappointed!

For the price this hotel provided an excellent stop off on the Road to the Alpes. Breakfast was great and although not officially available till 7.30, the door opened at 7am and we were able to grab a few bits to eat on the go. There is a grill adjacent which was very convenient for something to eat in the evening
