We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and had amazing experience. We’ve got a nice room with gorgeous views on a river, mountains and city. The staff and the team working in the hotel were great and helpful. They were opened to any request from our side and provided lots of useful information . The restaurants which Lady on a reception suggested to us are amazing 🤩 Also there is an option to taste a delicious local wines at the reception bar and make a purchase afterwards. The location is great and very close to all important destinations. Breakfasts are always tasty and delicious.

My experience was exceptional thanks to the incredible staff who went above and beyond to ensure my visit was joyful and comfortable. A special thank you to Andrew at the reception, whose warmth and professionalism set the tone for my stay, and to the friendly and kind Severin at the reception, whose attention to detail was remarkable. Brigitte at reception was a true gem—always welcoming, kind, and ready to assist with a smile. Frederick provided outstanding service at the bar, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Tiziana at the restaurant made dining a delight with her exceptional hospitality, and Kristina, who was housekeeping, ensured my room was spotless and cosy throughout my stay. Each of these outstanding individuals added a personal touch that made my visit unforgettable. Their dedication to excellence and genuine guest care sets Hotel Eliseo apart.
