Location is superb, really quiet. Accommodation was perfect for us three. Good shower, good beds, even the sofa bed was good, and that’s rare. Lots of friendly animals, which you can feed in the morning.

Extremely welcoming host, went to great lengths to make our stay as comfortable as possible. House is located in a peaceful, beautiful village, surrounded by gardens to which we were allowed free access. Even had a table set to enjoy the sunset, and even a snack. We arrived late and on a holiday, but our host went to check if the local pizzeria was open for take away, and even brought us a leaflet. The pizzeria, by the way, is really good and just a 5 minute walk. The house is full of character and history, and the bedrooms extremely spacious and comfortable. It was amazing to be able to spend the night in it. And the breakfast was - again - incredibly good. Sebastien, many thanks for welcoming us to your house.

The facilities were ideal for our needs. We stayed overnight en route to our final destination. It was decently equipped and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The TV was good with Netflix/Disney/Prime apps available (you need your own log ins) and WiFi was excellent. The area was quiet and parking was easy. We had a spot on the street right in front of the house but there is also a private spot available. If you want to eat out, I'd recommend booking in advance as there weren't many places within walking distance but several a short drive away. There is a supermarket within walking distance, open until around 8pm so you can pick up items for a meal.

The host sent us several messages to confirm details of how to access property. I was not expecting much but honestly was pleasantly surprised. Everything we could possibly need, was there. Kitchen well stocked with equipment to use, plates, knives and forks, cups glasses etc. The bathroom was really beautiful. Massive sink so you could fit at least 4 people’s toiletries on there. And a dual-head shower which was hot and powerful with lots of space. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfy, everywhere was spotless. Outside terrace with table and chairs for sitting in the evening with a grassy area for children to play on. I think the property description on website needs updating to reflect what a great place to stay this is. We were a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 young children - they even have some games etc for the kids to play with. We had a good night sleep and could not hear the neighbours next to us. Upon checkout we had to strip our bedding and leave towels in the bathroom as usual. Overall, an excellent stopover for us and definitely recommend.

perfect little house close to Blois, doorstep to many castles. House is easy to find, 2 min walk from supermarket, parking in the driveway. Cute, welcoming, the set up is perfect giving your space for all. 2 nice bedrooms and large bathroom. Kitchen is well set up for cooking meal and we really enjoy the garden. Sandrine's little attentions were really nice, thanks a lot. Recommand 100%, we would have stayed longer if we could.

We had a great welcome at check in. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. We had dinner here which was very good. We were able to store our cycles in the locked courtyard just outside our room overnight. The room was small but also very clean. A hairdryer was available on request. This hotel is an old-fashioned French hotel. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Very good food and a very nice room .The hotel was vey old which was very nice to see such a nice building still being used. We used the hotel as it was in easy reach of the main road so was a good place to break our journey.
