We arrived late at night due to an accident en route from Paris. The hosts were very accommodating. They were also super friendly and gave us home made yogurt and delicious breakfast each morning.

Breakfast was wonderful and a bit different with pancakes and walnuts. Beautiful property set in stunning gardens. Marc and Sylvie and Abigail were exceptional hosts who were very welcoming.

We had a fantastic stay at "La Maison de 1868". From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt truly at home. The hospitality was outstanding – genuine, thoughtful, and incredibly friendly. Located in a peaceful and picturesque area along the "Route du Cidre," the location was absolutely charming. It was a unique and personal experience that we will always remember. We Highly recommend the "La Maison de 1868"! 🙂👍

Excellent property. The host was very welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was hot and powerful. The location was ideal being in the town close to shops and restaurants. Plenty of parking on the road outside. The breakfast was of good quality with lots of choices. Very good value for money.

Stuart was brilliant making sure everything was sorted and ready for our stay, even though it was a last minute booking because of a change in our plans. The property, setting and location were all lovely. The appartment comprised 3 spacious and well equipped rooms and had everything we needed for a very comfortable night. Would certainly recommend.

Jort is a small, typical rural French village.Excellent access to main roads but so quiet, you could hear a pin drop. Lots of walking oppotunities. Has its own Saffron producing farm that provides the best stay in France!
