The Logis Hotel Restaurant Au Boeuf Rouge was absolutely exceptional in all aspects; although the price was slightly above my normal charge for a one night's stay in November it was still very good value for money. The staff, facilities and rooms were unquestionably excellent - my congratulations to the Hotel for their outstanding service. The Restaurant was also superb; it provided an exceptional menu, good wines, excellent staff and proved to be a great evening out - but very expensive!

I travel frequently. I felt like a queen at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and tried to anticipate what I might like or need. - The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food. The meals were excellent. The staff was super-friendly and helpful. The hotel is tightly managed, quiet, very clean and my stay there was very relaxing. There is a beautiful garden and a convenient parking lot. - A major shopping center is within a 5-minute drive.

The apartment was clean, comfy, and tastefully decorated. It is located in a quiet little village, 35-40 minutes by car from Strasbourg. It was nice to arrive here after the hustle and bustle of the Alsatian Christmas markets (which were wonderful, by the way, especially those in the small medieval villages). Sandrine, the host welcomed us every morning with a delicious breakfast, and we had some good chats. She is a very kind and extremely attentive host, and we are especially grateful to her for the tip about cheap parking in Strasbourg center, which probably saved us a lot of time searching for affordable and available parking spaces.

La Forge in Ringendorf is a true gem and an absolutely perfect place to stay for a shorter or longer period. The studio we stayed in is fantastic—it's incredibly spacious with a great sense of style and practical comfort. Our host, Léa, was fantastic; she was so kind and attentive, even turning on the air conditioning for us ahead of time on a super hot day. She even offered to fill our drinking bottles with ice cubes. It made a huge difference! Free spacious parking on-site. The breakfast was a delight, filled with delicious local products, fresh fruits, and wonderful bread. We loved the seating areas, both inside and out. Very cosy and clean! This place is run professionally, eye for detail and with kindness and hospitality, definitely worth a detour for anyone looking for a wonderful experience in the Alsace or passing through like we were. A pity I forgot to take more meaningful pictures.
