Very warm and friendly hosts.

Very warm and friendly hosts. A fantastic evening menu and a generous breakfast. Wonderful view of the mountain landscape. The village itself seemed a bit run-down to us in the summer, but the hotel was in good condition.

A pleasant, well-organized resort.

A pleasant, well-organized resort. Quick access to the slopes via the gondola. A welcoming mountain restaurant with very decent meals. Walking from the chalets of Isco to the resort along the road requires great care due to the traffic; there are no sidewalks. I would consider renting snowshoes before heading up; there are restaurants but no shops at the top (which is understandable).

A ski resort on a human scale, very family-friendly with welcoming staff. However, we only ate at the restaurant once as it was quite expensive. We enjoyed the slopes, although we were disappointed that all the black runs were closed.

The location was exceptional.

The location was exceptional. However, the walk to the station is difficult for people with breathing problems. The meals were average; a little more variety would be welcome. Breakfast was very good. A very pleasant stay; we will return.

Our stay was perfect except for the two bars that doubled as...

Our stay was perfect except for the two bars that doubled as nightclubs located at the bottom of our building. It was therefore very noisy until 3 a.m. I reported this to the agency, who told me that many people had complained. With children who start school at 9 a.m., it's a real nuisance.

I had the pleasure to spend one night at this hotel, and I really enjoyed it. The owners are such nice people, helpful, friendly, you don't get to see that often. The dinner at the restaurant was reasonably priced and really good. The room was nicely decorated. The whole place was quiet - out of season - and relaxing. Will come again the next time I'm around :-)

This was my favourite stay at any hotel during my 2 week motorcycle trip, they were so friendly and made me feel almost part of the family, I was the only englishman in the hotel and I was made very welcome by the staff and guests. The hotel was warm and cozy. and in a fantastic location
