The breakfast in the hotel was very good and we did not feel rushed. The manager was most helpful. We had a really delicious meal in the restaurant - far beyond what we were expecting. An added bonus is the exceptional chateau to visit just down the road.

The host was very friendly and advised where to eat. A really nice room in a beautiful home. Plenty of parking. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast was varied with home made jams and cakes. Location was good for the town centre,supermarket and for the onward journey.

Cycling past the Zoo, through the Forest and up the long drive to La Foutelaie was magical. Greeted by Christine, she showed us our room. Made ourselves a cup of tea, relaxed outside under the tree reading. Later made ourselves a meal. Peaceful, comfortable, best pillows, best sleep. Lovely night. Breakfast delivered. Could of used this as a perfect base for the area.
