Great hosts. Jumped in their car and chased us down on our bikes to return some belongings we had accidentally left behind. Lovely gardens and outdoor space. Charcuterie board was awesome. And the breakfast was great. All local foods, including home made preserves.

Patrick and Sylvie were very welcoming and nothing was ever a problem. Our 16 month daughter could wander around the grounds with guests and the owners dog who was very friendly. Accommodation was modern and very clean with a fully stocked kitchen. Would recommend to others for a stay in the area.

Francueil is just a small village, not much there, but it is quiet and well situated for visits over the local area. Supermarket is 10 minutes away and a lovely walk along the River Cher to château de Chenonceau is nearby. You can often catch hot air balloons flying over too. Lots of places to visit within an hour from this location in all directions.

Perfectly situated in the Loire Valley.

Perfectly situated in the Loire Valley. A lovely property with sizeable grounds, well appointed, beautifully decorated bedrooms, breakfast of fresh, often homemade produce. The hosts, Francoise and Christian, are very welcoming, helpful and friendly - all in all, could not be better.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel and had an unforgettable experience. It was truly one of the best stays we’ve ever had — we felt like we were living in a castle! The place is straight out of a fairytale, with beautiful gardens and a lovely pool. During breakfast, we saw a baby deer through the window, peacefully walking in the forest — a magical moment. The breakfast itself was fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. We will definitely come back. Many thanks to the owners and congratulations on creating such an amazing place!

Jane, Kristoff and Camilla were most welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The property and grounds are beautiful, set in the hamlet of Francueil. We spent five wonderfully relaxing days at Le Moulin De Francueil, with its lovely swimming pool and all round homely atmosphere, surrounded by antique furniture. There is ample parking, outside the front door. Montrichard is the nearest town, with shops and plenty of restaurants.Blére, with two supermarkets, is a couple of km away.
