The communal areas were very chilled and spacious and extremely kid firendly with loads of games, a pool table and baby foot for free use for guests. Situated a 10minute walk from town we were very happy. All staff very friendly and we were able to avail of a discount for the multistory parking beside.

The family rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The onsite, underground parking was good value, spacious and safe with automatic lighting. The staff we encountered were friendly too. The automatic check-in machine was easy to use to get our hotel access and there was no issue checking in a couple of hours earlier than planned. The hotel is also on large commercial park, so loads of food to choose from for all meals! The most impressive part of the stay was after we left. We arrived at our next accomodation after the B&B Hotel Puilboreau to discover we didn't have our 6 year old son's most precious teddy "baby tiger" - I contacted the hotel and Mr Robichon was very generous and helped us to get the teddy back. He packaged and posted the teddy, while I organised the packing label and shipment with Chronopost. Communication was excellent throughout. Baby Tiger arrived safely back with our son yesterday, who was very happy about it!! Thank you for making our stay and aftercare another excellent experience and why I choose to stay in B&B hotels in France.
