We booked the hotel last minute as a prior booking cancelled at very short notice. The hotel is as described, easy to find, comfortable, clean, great location. The hotel is family run, they were absolutely lovely and so helpful. The owner took time out to tell us about Cauterets history the history of local buildings and whilst only he spoke English it was easy to communicate. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable room with good facilities. Excellent location for walking in the Pyrenees, and we also took a bus up to Barège to use the thermal spa one day. We also loved our trip with the nearby Tom Rafting team.
