We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, peaceful, and very comfortable — but what truly made it special was the stunning view. We were welcomed by the friendly receptionist who has made our stay very comfortable and warmth. This location offered a nice view of Mont St Michel as well. Would highly recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in Pontorson.

We had a small but clean and comfortable room. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is very well located with the shuttle bus stop in front of the hotel. The way to the castle took us 40 minutes walking with a dog. There are a lot of parking places in front of the hotel that are to be payd at the gate (not at the reception). In July 2025 it was 12,50 Euros. The additional fee for the dog was 7 Euros. I can recommend the hotel.

Very kind and helpful owner! The attitude towards the guests is truly remarkable, it might be the only thing to return again! But there are a lot of other aspects that we enjoyed while the stay: the location is excellent (within walking distance from the main attraction); the parking is free even if you have already checked out; the breakfast is inexpensive, delicious and nutritious; the room was clean and cozy; everyone was so responsive, so, when I forgot my phone, they helped me go through everything and finally find the phone! Almost everything was so cute about this place. Merci beaucoup for this 2 days, we will remember it for the rest of our lives.

Staying in such a historic room c/w a private terrace for 2 nights while visiting Le Mont St. Michel in November 2023 was the icing on the cake and made the whole experience so much more memorable for my wife and I. The separate accommodation further up the hill and away from the main st. was a pleasant unexpected surprise to us while we enjoyed returning to the main building for dinner in the evenings.

We had a great visit to Mont St Michel, one of the world's wonders. The tourist facilities including parking, visitor center and bus facilities are top notch. The French have finally shaken their reputation of crappy unsanitary and dilapidated facilities. It was well organized (granted that we visited the area in mid-September), I can imagine that July-August scenery is slightly different. For us a 4hour visit was perfect. Be prepared to walk as the walk from the car to the island is 45minutes and the hike inside the walls to the monastery and church with the tour is no cake walk but worth it. For the more adventurous, I can imagine the mud walk in the meadow/beaches with a guided tour is the ultimate, available in 1,3 and 6hour guided tours.

Incredibly busy during the day from about 10.30 which means get to the carpark latest 10... its a 40 minute walk or 15 minute bus... carpark is free from 6.30 p.m so an evening visit is worth doing !! crazy place :-) the carparks will change continuously so keep an eye on the green lights on where to park.

Comfortable country hotel which is close enough to Mont st Michel but yet very quite. One can easily walk or jog in the surrounding area and take while taking in the beautiful scenery. The hotel is clean and homely with good staff and very good food.

Waitress was refilling the breakfast's table with slices of ham and bread without gloves or tools, just with her hands, it was incredible. I didn't say anything because I'm not that kind of guy, but I've never seen something like this in 39 years. The structure and the room were nice, but not clean, there were a lot of spiders and spider web all along the curtains, useless saying how dirty was the room. High potential misused.

Excellent place near to Mont-Saint-Michel.

Excellent place near to Mont-Saint-Michel. Quiet, little town and the Mont views are exceptional. If you would like to stay here to visit the Abbey, it is perfect decision. Great and helpful people and really traditional. You can have breakfast there and visit all the area. It’s really beautiful.

The quaintness of this hotel. Beautiful surrounding, with stunning views. The hotel for a three star rating is superb. The food was superb. Beautiful service throughout and nicely presented. The wine choices were excellent and the detail of description for the wines was helpful and enjoyable. The beds were large and comfy. The shower was amazing. The staff were attentive and polite.

nice family run hotel and nice food but they should warn their guests in advance when there will be large outside groups of tourists just for dinner because then the romance and quiet is lost. Overall, a nice hotel to stay in with a nice view from the breakfast restaurant. The staff is polite and kind. Sufficient parking space.
