Probably the best I have had in a hotel. Large bathroom was a real bonus.

After having my purse stolen in Toulouse the receptionist provided us with another key card, no charge. Room was spotless, hotel is about 5 mins drive from Toulouse Airport. Staff pleasant and helpful.
