The owners were very nice and always checking to make sure we had all that we needed. The breakfast included a selection of high quality products, the room was stylish and spotlessly clean. The bed was so comfy and I slept very well. I like that it is a small hotel so peaceful as there aren't lots of floors and other guests. It was a wonderful stay in a beautiful little town. There is only 1 floor and stairs are wide so very easy to access rooms with luggage.

The best part was the wonderful friendliness and welcome we received at reception ( English, Spanish, French, Greek spoken). Beds were really comfortable, and the room wa s spacious enough with a large bathroom and shared area in courtyard and inside as well. Travelling with our almost grown up sons we rested well in this peaceful hotel. The breakfast was delicious, locally sourced products, many organic, many home made. It was outstanding and we set out well prepared to explore this lovely village of Chinon.

What a beautiful find only a short, safe bike ride out of town. Overlooking vineyards and the town’s chateau, we loved every part of our stay. Ourselves and our kids especially loved bike parking, breakfast and dinner at the onsite pizza restaurant. A highlight!
