Having been to Paris several times, this hotel really exceeded my expectations in two specific areas - firstly the staff, every staff member was genuinely friendly, nice and helpful (a rarity in Paris!). Secondly the room was a comfortable size and really well appointed. Even though my room was right by the lift, it never disturbed me. The mattress and bedding were very comfortable and I slept very well each night (which is also rare for me). Breakfast was generally good, and I was expecting the usual continental breakfast, so I was pleasantly surprised with some hot items. Coffee at breakfast was really good. The location is fantastic with many shops and restaurants nearby. Links to metro/buses also nearby. Vincennes is one of my favourite areas in Paris. It may not be in the usual tourist areas but it is very well connected to Paris. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris.

The staff were super friendly at all hours of the day, always happy to have a chat in English and always making sure I was comfortable and satisfied! The area was easy to get to, with multiple metro stations within short walking distance, and a lot of restaurants and stores directly downstairs. I stayed in two different rooms, and the superior double room was far larger than I expected of a Parisian hotel room, with lots of room to place my suitcase, a large desk and wardrobe, and a big comfortable bed. The twin room had a gorgeous view out over the city, and a large bathroom, as well as a desk and a wardrobe, though the room was of course slightly smaller. Both rooms suited me perfectly, and I would definitely stay again in any type of room!

This place is absolutely spotless and wonderfully comfortable. It’s just a short stroll into the charming old town, with the added convenience of parking facilities. The sauna was fantastic, the room delightfully cozy, and the bed incredibly comfortable. And the staff? Simply outstanding—so helpful and genuinely kind.I accidentally left some belongings behind, and they went above and beyond by helping me arrange a courier service to the UK.They even called me personally to ensure everything was sorted. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly and will most certainly stay here again!
